Information we collect

We may collect property addresses, property details, names, telephone numbers, email addresses, form responses, consent records, referring pages, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to a property inquiry, evaluate available purchase options, communicate about the inquiry, operate the website, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve the service.

Service providers and buying partners

Information may be shared with vendors that help operate the website and with affiliated or vetted property-buying partners when necessary to respond to an inquiry. We do not sell personal information as a consumer marketing list.

Calls, texts, and email

If you provide consent, you may receive calls, text messages, or emails related to your property inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

Address suggestions and saved progress

While you type a property address, the address text is sent to the Esri address-suggestion service, with Photon as a fallback, to retrieve suggestions. You can enter an address manually. On the property-details page, the entered address is also sent to Google Maps to display the property’s satellite map. Intake progress may be saved in session storage in your current browser tab so you can return to it. Saved progress excludes your consent checkbox, is cleared after a successful submission, and normally ends when the tab session ends.

Data choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained for legal, security, consent, or transaction purposes.

Security and retention

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.
